A Simple How To Draw Book Is Making $1635 A Day On Amazon

Have you always wanted to learn how to draw?

Did you have visions of being the next Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo or did you just want to impress your friends?

There are books on Amazon that can teach how to draw and they are making thousands each month.

The ‘How To Draw Everything’ book on the far left is currently a best seller on Amazon with an insanely low BSR of 135 making $1635 a day.

It was only published 3 months and 14 days ago but it has already amassed 479 reviews dominating the how-to-draw market.

It’s been created by a self-published author proving that it’s possible for anyone to do.

But just because it’s possible doesn’t mean it’s easy.

I’ll share some steps to create a similar book to help you find success in this niche.

So let’s consider what a how-to-draw book is for those that don’t know.

How to Draw' books are instructional guides that teach drawing techniques through easy-to-follow steps.

These books cater to artists of all ages and skill levels, and they consistently sell well on Amazon, especially when they focus on popular or unique subjects.

But how do you create this type of book and get sales?

Well, first, if you have been following my content long enough, I always recommend any book that you create is backed by strong research data.

Step 1: Amazon Research and Keyword Optimization

• Amazon Search Bar Insights: Typing 'how to draw' into Amazon's search bar will give you results of about 50,000 results, indicating a highly saturated market. However, digging deeper with suggestions like 'how to draw everything' can drop results to 2,000, showing a niche with high demand and lower competition.

Using the Amazon search suggestions you niche down and find keywords with lower search results.

• Book Ranking Analysis: Look through the books and make sure you see several with a Best Sellers Rank (BSR) below 200,000 to confirm the presence of an interested audience.

• Content Gap Analysis: Use Amazon’s 'Look Inside' feature to study the content of bestsellers. Read their book descriptions and customer reviews for insights on what readers are looking for and what’s missing in the market.

Step 2: Crafting Your Book's Content and Cover

• Use AI and Design Tools: Use AI tools like Midjourney or Dall E 3 to create initial images (use this video as a guide to find the ai tool) and then use a paid tool like the how to draw generator (not an affiliate link) to turn your image into instructional steps.

• Freelance Artists: Consider hiring artists from Fiverr or Upwork to create professional, high-quality images.

• Cover Design: Your cover should be visually appealing to your target audience. Think about the theme and what imagery or colors would attract potential learners.

• Engaging Interiors: The inside of your book should be just as engaging as the cover. Ensure the steps are clear, and the layout is user-friendly.

Step 3: Publishing on Amazon KDP

• Attention to Detail: Before uploading, thoroughly check your book for any errors.

• Pricing Strategy: Start with competitive pricing to attract initial buyers. You can adjust your price based on the book's performance.

• Transparency: If you’ve used AI to generate any content, be sure to disclose this in your book's description.

Step 4: Marketing Your 'How to Draw' Book

Don’t expect your book to just sell. This book is running ads to profitable keywords and products.

• Amazon Advertising: Set up manual Amazon ads to target specific keywords related to drawing or directly target competing best-seller books.

• Social Media Marketing: Leverage platforms like TikTok to show potential customers the value of your book. Create engaging content that demonstrates how simple and fun it is to learn to draw using your guide.

Now it’s down to you to take action, it will either take time or money to create a similar book like this but you will only find out if you take the step.
